Order & Delivery
These Terms of Use apply to all users of the hōbi website at www.hobiofficial.com ("this Website"), which is operated by daT Studio Goudougaisya (“daT Studio”, "we," or "our").
Order
Placing orders means customer agrees to purchase the product in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Customer may place order through this Website, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook inbox.

Our office hour is Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (Japan Time). There maybe delay in reply for any enquiry out of the office hour.
Product
• The availability of the product maybe different between enquiry and order placement. The availability is subject to the final ordering upon payment settled. If the product is out-of-stock, we will arrange refund.
• All product details, including colour, size and functions are for reference only. Please refer to the actual products. We shall not liable for any discrepancy of the actual products. We do not accept any refund or exchange due to photo(s), incorrect order(s), sizing issues, personal perception and/or any other personal reason(s).
• Photos and related information are for sharing purposes only.
• Please understand that each handmade product is crafted by hands individually and some are order-to-made. It may vary in actual size, colour and style, and may have discrepancies from photos shown. We believe the profession and handcraft skills of Japan artists, and the discrepancies will be regarded as acceptable. The finished products may not be exact the same as the photos shown.
If the parts or materials needed for production are out-of-stock, the Japanese artists may replace them with similar colours, materials, patterns or styles.
• All products are measured by hand, and there may be slight discrepancies in size. The size shown on photos and product page are approximate and for reference only.
• Every handmade product involves different production time and may vary from weeks to months, please refer to the product page for details.
• All brand logos, product photos and information shared on this Website are authorised and provided by the corresponding Japan artists.
• The photos taken by us, designs and logos within this Website are the exclusive property of daT Studio. Please note not to allow to use them for any commercial or non-commercial purposes without our permission.
• Photos are for reference only. The product colour on the photos maybe varied due to different brands or resolutions of the monitors. Please refer to the actual product colour.
• We do not own any copyrights for the product brands of the Japan artists. All logos, trademarks and copyrights belong to the corresponding Japan artists.
• We serve as a purchasing agent and handle shipping arrangements only. We are not responsible for the quality assurance of products purchased. Once payment for any product is confirmed, there will be no refunds or exchanges, except in cases of out-of-stock items.
• We assist to order products not on our lists. Customer may send the related photos, quantity, colour, size (if applicable) to our Whatsapp or Instagram or Facebook inbox.
• To order products not on our lists, based on the delivery of individual or combined products which are not on our lists, we will notify customers the related delivery charge. Upon agreement, please settle the payment including both for products and shipping.
Pricing
• The default pricing on our site is in Japanese Yen, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction.
• Please note the product prices quoted does not include shipping fee. Free shipping to Zone 1 & 2. For other countries or regions, you may refer to Shipping Fee at the next section.
• Customer may contact us for prices and details of the products which do not shown on this Website. Please send us the screen cap of the settled payment page through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook inbox. The order is completed upon we confirm the payment settled. We would not reserve any product for unpaid orders, and customer is advised to notify us as soon as possible after the payment is settled.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to our acceptance at our sole discretion and stock availability.

For customers who hold Hong Kong banking accounts , we would offer additional payment options: Faster Payment System (FPS) and PayMe. You may contact us through Instagram or Facebook inbox to proceed purchase process.
• Upon payment settled and order confirmation, we would not accept any request for refund, exchange (including style, colour, size, discrepancies on finished products) or cancellation of orders. Please confirm the purchase products before placing an order.
Delivery
We arrange delivery service by Japan Post International Mail (Small Packets) with tracking service to the recipient’s address.
Delivery Areas
The countries available for shipping are limited to areas where JP Post International Mail (Small Packets) can deliver. For details, please refer to the below link.

To prevent unsuccessful delivery due to delays caused by various factors, including but not limited to weather conditions and accidents, it is not advisable to register a short-term staying location, such as a hotel or resort, as the delivery address.
Shipping Schedule
The shipping time of each product may vary, please refer to the product page for details.
• The actual shipping time is subject to the products ready date provided by the Japan artists.
• In case there is long holiday of the overseas or Japan, all the orders will be handled after long holiday as soon as possible. Please stay tuned for our announcement on this Website or SNS.
• The shipping time of individual products may vary depending on the actual situation.
• If the items are out-of-stock or discontinued during the waiting period, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and offer a replacement or refund. If the total amount of the order does not reach the free shipping (if any) due to out-of-stock items, additional shipping fees will be charged.

Shipping Fee
The shipping fee will be charged at checkout. Shipping fee is referred to the zone located of the delivery address. The zones are listed on JP post page. For details, please refer to the below link.

• Free shipping for delivery address located at Zone 1 (eg. South Korea, Taiwan) and Zone 2 (eg. Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Malaysia).
• For other countries or regions, the shipping fees are as followings:
Zone 3 (eg. Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK): shipping fee is USD10; Free shipping for single net purchase at or above USD260
Zone 4 (eg. U.S.): shipping fee is USD16; Free shipping for single net purchase at or above USD380
• Applicable custom duties, import taxes, goods and services taxes, value-added taxes, or other import sales taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of the customers.
Shipping Information
• Customer is responsible to provide full and correct information, including address, phone number, recipient’s name, for delivery. Please provided correct address and recipient’s name in English.
• We do not responsible for the unsuccessful delivery due to the incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer (including address, phone number, recipient name). We do not accept refund due to this reason.
• We do not accept refund or redelivery due to failure to reach the recipient or rejection by recipient.
• All expected delivery date and time are estimates only. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.
• During the transportation process, it is inevitable that the products may experience some collisions or compression. Thank you for your understanding.
• In case of bad weather conditions, serious flooding, blocked or closed roads, accidents, or any unpredictable factors, the delivery may be delayed or suspended. Please refer to the announcement of the post office at your location.
• To reduce waste of resources, we will try our best to use reusable packaging materials for shipping purposes.
