All products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

• All products purchased on this online shop are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, including but not limited to colour derivation from product photo(s), incorrect order(s), sizing issues, personal perception and/or any other personal reason(s).

• The availability of the product maybe different between enquiry and order placement. The availability is subject to the final ordering upon payment settled. If the product is out-of-stock, we will arrange refund.

• We will carefully check the product for quality before shipment. We are not responsible for the quality assurance of products purchased. Once payment for any product is confirmed, there will be no refunds or exchanges, except in cases of out-of-stock items. 

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if wrong item is received. If you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• All matters or disputes are subject to the final decision of daT Studio.
